Job Description
We are seeking 2 Associate Account Directors for our Subaru team.
Role:
The Associate Account Director is primarily responsible for the initiation and management of digital projects, including App management and website management.
Areas of Focus:
• Manages internal and external relationships; is main point of contact for multiple internal partners and mid-level clients
• Maintain a positive relationship between agency and client
• Understand clients' business and strategic direction
• Champion great ideas internally and externally, able to share POV
• A leader that can operate with autonomy, and can contribute to the strategy, development and the selling of breakthrough ideas
• Leads execution and production of the ideas
• Thinks independently, but works collaboratively to arrive at shared agency point of view
• Partner with agency partners in the development of marketing communication plans
• Keep Account Director and GAD informed on key initiatives and account concerns
• Supervise, mentor and motivate account service team members

Required Skills
Qualifications/Traits:
• BA/BS Degree in Communications, Marketing or Advertising
• 8-10+ years agency account management experience with a digital focus
• Experience with website/App content management preferred
• Thrive in a collaborative and fast-paces environment
• Confident and resourceful, can function with minimal supervision
• Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills
