Westminster Title Agency , a Toll Brothers company, is seeking a Temporary Escrow Assistant to join our title and settlement office in Grapevine, Texas.
The Escrow Assistant's responsibility is to assist and support the Escrow Officers and general office functions, at all times being courteous and helpful to our customers, expressing a positive company image. This position is responsible  for opening escrows, obtaining tax information, ordering demands, clearing title as well as submitting recording documents and disbursing files.
This assignment will will last approximately 8-10 weeks.

Qualifications
Title and escrow experience is required, experience working with new homes and builder transactions is helpful but not required. This candidate should feel comfortable working in a paperless environment and be dedicated to meeting quality control standards of the company. A strong and accurate attention to detail, along with the strong ability to prioritize and multi-task in a high volume office is desired. Candidates must be able to communicate via phone and email with clients in a professional manner. Ability to obtain a Nevada notary and Nevada Title Producer License is required. Experience with SoftPro, Word, Excel, and Simplifile is helpful but not required.
