What You’ll Do
Looking for a dynamic Sr. HR Business Partner to join our Tools/Global Tools & Storage (GTS) team to help change the way we work and transform our business! The position provides strategic and operational HR support to our Distribution Center onsite in Kannapolis, NC. The Sr. HR Manager plans and implements human resources initiatives designed to maximize organizational effectiveness. The Sr. HR Business Partner is responsible for driving talent management/development processes, succession planning, talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and positive employee relations. You’ll get to:
* Manage all HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, compensation, employee relations, training, and development. Develops, recommends, and implements personnel policies and procedures.
* Provide human resource advice on performance management, HR policies and procedures, investigations and coaching to improve effectiveness of leaders and teams.
* Develop an employee-oriented culture that strives on safety, quality, continuous improvement, and productivity.
* Responsible for overseeing site payroll (approvals/inquiries)
* Reinforces and advocates for Open Door Policy across the leadership team.
* Partner with Non-Exempt recruiting team and Agencies to plan and coordinate recruitment strategies.
* Apply strategic talent management solutions to continuously improve talent retention, assessment, development, and career/professional growth.
* Assist leaders to identify and coordinate training and development activities. Promote participation in learning and development assignments.
* Partner with 3rd partner administrators to oversee the administration of leave of absence programs such as FMLA/Disability/Worker’s Compensation.
* Continually assess the local market to ensure the competitiveness within the distribution realm.
