BayCare Health System is currently in search of our newest Team Member who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service.  As part of the community since 1934, St. Joseph’s Hospital has been a partner for continued health and wellness.
The Information Desk Clerk responsibilities include:
• Greeting and assisting patients, visitors and guests
• Answering requests for patient information from telephone callers and walk in visitors
• Directing them to their proper destination
• Serving as point of contact for vendors to make appropriate referrals
• Identifying and badging visitors
• Perform other duties as assigned
Required Experience is 1 year Customer Service or 1 year BayCare Volunteer.

Certifications and Licensures
• None Required
Education
• High School or Equivalent
• Preferred: Associate's Health Sciences
Experience
• 1 year Customer Service or BayCare Volunteer
• Preferred: 6 months Related Field
