Job Description
The Physical Therapist is a licensed professional responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing physical therapy to the residents and the community as prescribed by the attending physician. The Physical Therapist works as a member of an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team, which oversees each resident’s physical therapy and restorative plan of care.* Graduate of a state-approved School of Physical Therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association* Two years of long term care or rehabilitation center experience preferred.
