Part of the Learning Solutions Alliance, our Delivery team is responsible for facilitating engaging and innovative programs to support our internal operations business segments in a professional atmosphere. As a member of this team, you will facilitate instructor led, virtual, and blended learning to a variety of audiences including new and  tenured employees and leadership. In addition, you will partner with Learning Architects, Process Documentation and Learning Coordinators on content/process documentation maintenance and improvement, and business leaders on national metric remediation efforts.
As an Operations Trainer, you will be responsible to cast a leadership shadow by living our core values to new and tenured employees in the organization. You will also be required to perform the job role in which you train in order to maintain subject matter expertise for all business areas you support, while performing at or above tenured goals.  You will lead and develop new employees from day one through training in their job role. The learning efforts you support will include traditional instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning strategies. In the role of an Operations Trainer, you will apply innovative and creative learning strategies including but not limited to: role-playing, demonstration, guided and enhanced practice, documented procedures, and more, using instructor-led and blended motivational models leading toward effective and efficient learning.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Facilitates classroom, virtual, and blended learning to varied audiences within multiple skill sets. The initial focus will support UHO CCS and CCA job roles
• Conducts training needs analysis, writes training action plans, and develops and maintains training materials.
• Acts as a leader and maintains professionalism in all interactions with learners and business leaders
• Mentors and develops delivery support staff provided by business partners
• Analyzes and addresses performance metrics during and post class with individual learner and at the class level
• Conducts remediation learning events
• Successfully demonstrates and maintains professional and facilitation skills for various delivery methodologies
• Participates in performing production work to maintain subject matter expertise for multiple skill sets
• Builds collaborative partnerships with peers, others in Learning Solutions, and with business partners
• Researches and applies learning industry best practices

Required Qualifications:
• High School education or equivalent
• 1 years of experience facilitating training, mentoring, coaching, and/or operating in a leadership role
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Proficient computer skills and the ability to guide and mentor others through system navigation
• Proven ability to produce quality results by meeting or exceeding performance metrics
• Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. Preferred Qualifcations:
• College education
• Some training design and/or documentation writing experience
• Subject matter expertise in UHO CCS and/or CCA areas, where your role will support the business
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and perform successfully
• Serves as a resource to others
• Highly motivated, eager to make a difference in the learning process
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%

• Solid interest in guiding others to excellence
• Solid analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, and fact-based decision making abilities
• Solid time management, planning skills
• Experience in project management, planning skills, and working on multiple deliverables at a time
