Provides empowerment based advocacy counseling, service management and crisis intervention to Shelter participants. Meets with participants within one (1) business day and completes a service plan within 72 hours of admittance. Provides information, referrals and counseling to callers.
Shift available is (Bilingual Preferred) and 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Principal duties/responsibilities include ensuring safety planning with residents, reviewing service plans and following up to assist with transportation to appointments, court appearances and referring to various community resources.
