Overview
SOSi is seeking a Special Activities Integrator to support a Military Information Support Operation (MISO) program. The right candidate will serve as the lead integrator of Sensitive Activities to support the execution of operations, and provide policy insights in support of planning for their client.
Responsibilities
• Coordinates sensitive activities across staff directorates, while also responsible for direct coordination with the client and inter-agency partners.
• Integrates Sensitive Activity equities and policy into the planning and execution of operations in close coordination with adjacent stakeholders.
• Provides coordination support and advice at all echelons on effectively leveraging specially compartmented capabilities and methodologies to achieve operational objectives.
• Provides subject matter expertise to the client, Combatant Commands, and their theater component customers while maintaining situational awareness of Special Programs, STO, ACCM, and sensitive activity plans, operations, units, and friendly and adversary capabilities.
• Performs as an essential member of a group of hand-picked action officers who will be responsible for directing the planning, development, and implementation of operations, oversight, and resourcing requirements.
• Provides support for all matters pertaining to Advanced Special Operations, Irregular / Unconventional Warfare, Non-Intelligence Source Operations (NISO), and Operational Preparation of the Environment (OPE) activities .
Qualifications
• Active in scope TS/SCI Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related business or technical discipline.
• Requires 10+ years of SOF related experience.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to conduct periodic CONUS / OCONUS travel.
• Experience and in-depth knowledge of the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), to include mission analysis, COA decision and CONOP approval briefings, D3A execution matrices, CONOP documents and FRAGOs.
• Experience and in-depth knowledge of the Joint Inter-Agency Intergovernmental Multi-National operations (JIIM) planning process and execution.
• Must be able to work independently with some government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.
• Experience in polices and processes regulating the conduct of special operations activities.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting MISO or related operations.
• Advanced Special Operations Techniques.
• Fluency in a foreign language is desirable, but not required.
Working Conditions
• Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Some evening, weekend, or shift work could be required.
• Some travel may be required.
• Ability to work nonstandard hours and in on-call status for periods of time in support of mission requirements as needed.
