What you’ll be doing...
You will be part of an implementation and infrastructure support team responsible for the environment hosting our Unified Communications applications. (i.e. Cisco UCCE, WebEx, Video and Cisco Unified Communications Manager) and Network Function Virtualization (NFV) in a 24X7 enterprise environment. This includes hardware and software life cycle management, server implementation and maintenance, security, application level support and documentation of the supported environment.
• Works effectively within a virtual team to complete assigned moves, adds and changes within approved change windows.
• Completes assigned projects and produces high quality results in a timely fashion.
• Excellent communications and organization skills
• Provide second level support for the Operations team and quickly respond to outages to minimize downtime to customer impacting, mission critical systems.
• Proactively communicate status reports and issues to management.

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...
You'll need to have...
• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Three or more years of relevant work experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
• Experience with Cisco Unified Communications software such as ICM/UCCE/IPACD
• Experience working in an enterprise environment for a fast paced IT Implementation Team.
• Cisco Unified Compute Systems (UCS Manager, UCS Central and Cisco InterSight)
• Complete Security Efforts/Audits to ensure compliance with current IT Security best practices.
• Conduct audits and tracks compliance to our standards.
• Server Virtualization and Automation
• Support a growing environment of 2000+ Cisco UCS Servers
• Manage multiple VMware vSphere domains
• Complete upgrades, firmware patching, remediate identified security vulnerabilities.
• B and C Series systems
• VMware vCenter/vSphere/ESXi 6.7 and 7.0
• Physical and Virtual Networking
• SAN
• Working knowledge and/or certification in the following technologies:
• Windows/Linux - OS
• Security/Active Directory
• Network Function Virtualization (NFV)
• Cisco UC Platforms (ICM/UCCE/CVP/UCCE/CUIC)
• PowerShell/Python
