WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
AITA is recruiting for a Director of Data & Insights Innovation that will build and lead a team of data experts and unleash transformative value from new insights.  This person will be analytically curious and an intellectual powerhouse, ready to accelerate their career with a company that values innovation, dedication and growth. This position can sit in any of our J&J locations within the US.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
• Build, mentor and guide Data & Insights teams as they develop novel machine learning solutions and productize data science efforts that enhance the intelligence of our solutions offering.
• Oversee customer data onboarding, configuration and planogram development, baselining analytics and value realization analytics.
• Build data architecture and infrastructure to capture, cleanse, analyze and synthesize data.
• Develop and implement an AI/ML strategy; build and cultivate the right partnerships and alliances with internal and external partners in tandem with J&J Business Development, Innovation Centers, etc.
• Synthesize analytics into easy-to-consume storylines, both visually and verbally, and provide indicated actions for executive audiences.
• Serve as a technical leader among the Data Science team, instituting best practices while crafting a data-driven culture, developing, and mentoring members of the team
• Develop a long-term strategy for building the right infrastructure and tools, grounded by excellent analytics work.
• Lead the brand to hypothesize, test and launch new channels for sharing and productizing data insights.
• Stay up to date on relevant research, including industry trends and benchmarks, and become a contributing thought leader in the advanced analytics.
Qualifications
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
• Bachelor degree required, Master preferred.
• Expert-level technical acumen and leadership to include developing strategy and vision for a highly technical team, driving towards success.
• Experience working directly with clients and engaging with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders across levels of seniority.
• Strategic planning skills and ability to problem solve and provide breakthrough solutions.
• Proven record of building and developing high performance teams.
• A background in healthcare informatics and data visualization applications is preferred.
• Proven ability to transform data and insights into compelling business cases, utilizing a strong storytelling style.
• Ability to continually look for ways to inspire, mentor and motivate your team.
