Do you have customer service experience in the healthcare and medical field? Are you familiar with medical claims and understanding denial codes? If you have experience assisting others with their healthcare needs and answering inbound calls then we would love to speak with you! We are hiring bilingual Customer Service Representatives for a growing client here in Tampa, FL. Must be fluent in Russian.   Salary: $38k-$42k plus a $3000 sign on bonus!
Job Responsibilities: • Maintain up to date knowledge of policies and procedures to better answer customer inquiries
• Answer all inbound calls from patients, providers, and members
• Provide resolutions to questions and complaints for all operations, including, billing, claims, denials, payments, etc.
• Ensure members fully comprehend their account situations by being thorough and answering promptly
• Meet metrics for internal standards
• Escalate advanced issues when appropriate
Job Requirements: • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a medical/healthcare setting
• Working knowledge of medical terminology including ICD & CPT coding and experience working in a production environment
• Ability to understand and explain medical claims and denial codes to members/providers
• Bilingual in both Russian and English required
• High school diploma or equivalent
