We need dedicated colleagues like you to enhance patients’ quality of care through new ideas and innovative information technology solutions. What You Will Achieve Main responsibilities include transforming the manual business processes into automation projects, partnering with stakeholders for consultation, hands-on demand collection, demand shaping, business requirements analysis and creating Process Design Document (PDD's) , preliminary solution design, and budgetary estimation of development costs. Upon funding approval, it involves transitioning the projects to the development or service team and providing functional expertise for the developers and testers on the systems they have designed.This analyst will work in partnership with Business Partners to deliver key Business Technology solutions.  The Business Analyst is responsible for understanding, elaborating, and communicating requirements to ensure technology solutions and strategic initiatives meet the needs of its intended audienceHow You Will Achieve It ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Establish relationships with customers and members of the project team and liaises between the business and technical members of the project team, ensuring that the project team understands the customer needsPrepare communication and marketing materials to showcase the project accomplishments and increase the awareness and adoption of the serviceLead and execute multiple automation digital projects across complex geographies driving business and patient impactUtilize specific techniques to elicit requirements from stakeholders, organize, document, and validate the resulting requirements, and communicate and secure agreement on the requirements across stakeholders. Create Process Design Documentation for all projectsBuild, validate and update diagrams, models, and other artifacts to describe business processes, conceptual information models, organizational structure, business area context, and/or system requirementsEstablish the requirements baseline and traces requirements throughout the project lifecycleManage changes in requirements over the project lifecyclePlan and communicate the requirements management approach and change management plan to be used for the project. Provide input to the project work breakdown structure and the overall project planIdentify areas of risk due to requirements and surface to the project managerQualifications Must-Have Education:Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a scientific discipline or computer sciencePrior Experience:5-10 years experience in project-level business analysis using standard requirements business analysis techniques including brainstorming, interviewing, requirements sessions, activity diagrams, process modeling, conceptual data modeling, use case, and wireframes desired3-5 years experience in program-level business analysis leadershipFamiliarity with systems life cycles and organizational change management desiredRelevant experience in Information Technology in the context of the pharmaceutical industry preferredRequired Capabilities:Design ThinkingCommunication skills – prepare slides and marketing materialFacilitation, consensus building, organization, and written communication skillsDemonstrate skills in analysis and problem solvingAbility to work independently on many projects with a focus on taking initiative and solving problemsExcellent communication skills and the ability to indirectly influence key partners and stakeholdersEffective organization and time managementDemonstrated ability to deliver results under aggressive schedulesExcellent, proactive problem solver, strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical/functional advanced solutions.Excellent communication skills in both written & verbal English (and have worked in a global/multicultural environment).
