The OMS Coord is responsible for driving performance improvements and sustainability excellence through operational risk assessments and creating effective mitigation controls. The OMS Coord will conduct assessments and data analysis to identify operational performance improvement opportunities. Working with site leadership and employees, the OMS Coord will serve as a subject matter expert on management system tools and company requirements, a liaison between sites to facilitate best practice cross-sharing, and a change agent.What will you contribute?Strategic Initiative Mapping: Oversee strategic initiative mapping processes including the development of change management plans and coordinating notice of change communications to key stakeholders. Identify and prioritize OMS improvement opportunities with the leadership team. Manage the OMS project portfolio, reporting status and benefits of projects in conjunction with the management team. KPI Evaluation: Manage Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports for operations and maintenance performance. Provide regular updates on current state of management systems, participate in leadership meetings as well as provide recommendations to site leadership teams based on performance analysis. OMS Framework: Develop the framework for and oversee the implementation and optimization of the Operations & Maintenance Management System to improve plant metrics, operations and maintenance processes, reliability, and engagement. Risk Profile & Operational Controls: Implement and sustain current production risk processes across assigned area in conjunction with Operations, which includes operational control effectiveness to eliminate and or reduce risks and their impacts. Assist in designing new procedures and methods for operational processes. Work with site leaders/employees to identify, modify, and sustain desired changes. Subject Matter Expert: Act as a management system subject matter expert for leadership, supervisory staff and frontline personnel.
