Informational Technology Co-Op/Intern As a Informational Technology you will play an integral part in collaboration with security engineers, developers, vendors and business units to constantly improve the overall security posture at The Mosaic Company. If you are a team player with strong technical and analytical skills, this could be a perfect fit. Position could be in Central Florida, Louisiana and/or New Mexico. What will you do? Assist in the update and development of policies and standards Perform targeted gap and risk assessments Perform data flow diagram on key business processes to support Privacy Program Prepare risk assessment reports Support our Cybersecurity strategy through the execution of daily security operations activities and by establishing the methodology for measuring Security Baseline for various technologies Implement the process for at least 1 technology category (I.e. Servers, Mobile) What do you need for this role? Sophomore level or above pursuing a bachelor's degree in Process Controls Engineer, Software Engineer, Data Science and Machine Learning 2.75 GPA or higher 1-2 years of working experience/volunteering or school organization involvement is required. Previous internship or Co-op experience is preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and implement learned process, procedures or software Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills, including excellent presentation skills Ability to effectively work with employees at all levels within the organization and external customers, suppliers and vendors Maintain clean work environments and comply with all safety and environmental policies Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the functions of this job.
