Primary Purpose:
The primary purpose of the Payroll Admin Services Administrator is to administer and support all end-state payroll administration processes including direct deposit, check printing, escheats, off cycle payroll runs, garnishments, charitable contributions, pay card program, stop payments, voided checks and associate balance adjustments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Compile and process associate payroll check printing for multiple businesses and Brands.
• Timely processing of multiple payrolls.
• First point-of-contact for associates for paycheck inquiries and associate verifications of employment.
• Respond and resolve all Payroll-related associate inquiries that come through the Associate Service Center. (supporting over 200,000 associates)
• Communicate effectively with associates to answer payroll questions.
• Support bank account reconciliations and garnishment entries.
• Comply with local, state, and federal regulations related to garnishments and escheats.
• Administer the pay card program.
• Complete employment verification requests as assigned.
• Administer off-cycle payrolls as necessary and process any voided check processing.
• Research and rectify all direct deposit returns. And provide updates to EC.
• Process all stop payment requests.
• Process off-cycle processing for GRO and STI, as well as discretionary bonus requests.
• Provide data for preparation of regular internal reporting and ad hoc reports upon request.
• Responsible for other duties as required.
• Maintain confidentiality with all associate information.
Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a processing/deadline driven environment
• Strong sense of urgency to resolve customer tickets
• Strong attention to deadlines
• Experience with ECP systems preferred
• Experience with ADP and/or third-party payer application
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office applications
