A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Fee Request Processor in Tampa, Florida (FL). Responsibilities include:
• Process incoming Pleadings in accordance with client submission requirements
• Fee Request Processor will request fees for additional work in compliance with Investor and Client guidelines
• Track fee requests and address client concerns to ensure approval
• Initiate, respond to maintain written, and verbal communication with clients and vendors
• Fee Request Processor will regularly maintain client systems and update processes
• 2+ years of experience in Billing in a law firm environment
• Working knowledge of Default Services including Foreclosure and/or Bankruptcy
• Customer Service experience
• Able to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong computer and analytical skills
• Must be organized and be able to multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
