Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is currently seeking an Application Administrator. Summary: The Application Administrator will be an integral part of the installation, configuration, and support of a specific application. They will install, test, implement and optimize the application. Install all prerequisite 3rd party software (Example: OC4J, JDK, Oracle client software etc.) and configure the required software in accordance with the specifications contained in the application install documentation. The Application Administrator will troubleshoot and resolve technical problems that arise in the application systems. The candidate will perform all the required database and applications administration activities in development, test, and production environments. They will also support GO-LIVE activities. Additional Information: Application Support & Administration for User Analytics Platforms (Pendo/Adobe Analytics):
• Support End User Requirements, and implement In-App banners across Global Applications
• Support Multi-Territory Requests
• Support application Access Requests
• Identify and troubleshoot Issues, communicating directly with stakeholders
• Undergraduate degree (e.g., BA, BS) preferred in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in the installation, configuration, and support of the database in use by the application
• Communication skills
• Computer programming acumen; And the ability to analyze systems and determine how these systems can meet client needs
