Corporate Business Technology is seeking an IT Manager, People Experience to serve as a technology strategist and lead the portfolio of digital products for the People Experience organization.
Key Responsibilities:
This role holds broad strategic and operational responsibilities in the following areas:
1. User-Focused Solution Analysis
• Define user-focused solutions to meet business opportunities.
• Shape and support measurable value delivered via digital products.
• Source, analyze and define business digital requirements, including compliance.
• Collaborate to identify and build digital products to solve key and unmet business needs.
• Serve as domain expert for capability definition, extension and enablement.
2. Product Development
• Define vision and collaborate with business and partners regarding digital product needs and opportunities.
• Own user stories and use cases; write, govern and prioritize product development backlog.
• Support agile processes, sprint planning and impact analysis and testing process for new releases.
3. Stakeholder And Team Management
• Innovate, lead and shape business utilization of digital capabilities.
• Present and collaborate across functions and levels on digital projects, programs, value and capabilities, aligning processes end to end.
• Issue regular and clear communications on portfolio, schedules and interdependencies.
• Contribute to and support a positive team culture in order to enable an authentic, open, and collaborative environment that flourishes with the diverse experiences and perspectives of the team.
4. Product Portfolio Management
• Manage and optimize products and processes.
• Proactively identify and action opportunities for improved value delivery.
• Plan lifecycle of products and recommend upgrade/decommissioning as appropriate.
Qualifications
Education:
At least a Bachelor's degree is required.
Experience and Skills: Required:
• At least 5 years of product or technology experience is required, including creation/execution of digital product vision and strategies.
• Experience with end-to-end design of customer needs, roadmap creation, and execution of data connected products following design thinking and user experimentation principles.
• Ability to assess, measure and communicate expected outcomes in terms of user engagement, business impact etc. and apply digital metrics and analytics to assess and report on value delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully and establish relationships with business partners, IT colleagues, development teams and technology vendors.
• Experience in agile/agile scrum methodology and agile delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Preferred:
• Digitization efforts spanning experience platforms, with complex integrations.
• Data Strategy.
• HR Technology expertise (Workday, Cornerstone, Global Intranet, Qualtrics, etc.).
