Job Description Summary:
This position will be part of People Services and has responsibility for execution and administration of the Client (Client) compensation programs. This includes, but is not limited to, compensation, including base pay, long and short-term incentives, job evaluations and pricing, allowances, one-time payments and severance packages.
Detailed Position Responsibilities:
Support the execution and delivery of Global and Regional compensation projects and programs, collaborating with the stakeholders. May participate in various cross functional and cross regional HR projects.
Act as escalation point to research and resolve inquiries regarding compensation operations
Collaborate with functional teams to collectively achieve performance indicators
Provide ad-hoc analytics support to stakeholders on an as-needed basis
Perform job evaluations and market pricing in alignment with global principles and processes
Participate in Annual Salary Surveys
Responsible for review and analysis of market data, market trends, and internal equity; ensure competitive positioning within the market and apply knowledge of business and industry best practice
Develop annual salary ranges in collaboration with COE
Execute and administer annual and seasonal compensation planning
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred
Advanced level of experience with MS Suite, especially MS Excel, MS SharePoint
Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation and/or Compensation operations; any combination of broad-based Compensation, and/or Executive Compensation, Incentive Compensation, etc.
General knowledge and understanding of HR policies, processes, employment laws and total rewards legislative requirements for the relevant region
Demonstrated analytical abilities, attention to detail and the ability to successfully manage multiple competing tasks and priorities
Ability to network across a global organization to align with organization objectives and strategy in order to operationalize and deliver enterprise-wide solutions.
Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset
Ideal Candidates will also have:
Experience working in a multi-cultural/multi-country work environment
Ability to use business judgment when assessing requirements and performance, in order to identify the right solution to meet business needs
Experience working within an HR Shared Services delivery model
Experience working with current HR and TR enabling systems: Workday and ServiceNow preferred
Compensation specialty certification to demonstrate theoretical understanding and application of HR practices
Ability to present complex information in a clear and convincing way to stakeholders
