**What youll be doing:**
+ **Receive and process majority of work requests from the team queue and complete them following standard processes**
+ **Participate in and contribute to team/project groups**
+ **Assist local sales leaders and teams with specific onsite needs and projects and other local/onsite responsibilities as assigned**
+ **Standard and custom report request submitted to a variety of source data systems**
+ **File consolidations, formatting, VLOOKUPS, pivot tables, formula creations and other intermediate actions within Excel**
+ **Associate on-boarding, termination, and transfer management**
+ **Forms assistance (signature processing, fulfilling requests for W9s, COIs, and completing basic company information)**
+ **Product and account research activities**
+ **Meeting management and support (on/offsite)**
+ **Accounts Payable processing**
+ **Document and system upkeep (org charts, distribution lists, equipment assets, paid time off tracking)**
+ **Local office duties, supply and materials ordering**
**What you bring to the table:**
+ **You are comfortable working within a hybrid model of work assignments that is primarily centralized-driven but has some local aspects to the role**
+ **You have an aptitude to follow process and contribute to process improvements**
+ **You are adaptable - flexible to changing processes and able to work well with minimal daily direction**
+ **You have strong problem-solving skills**
**Qualifications :**
**Whats needed- Basic Qualifications**
+ **High School Diploma or GED Required**
+ **1-2 years professional experience in a support/customer service role, or combination of higher learning education and experience**
+ **Intermediate Computer Skills with the entire MS Office Suite including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook**
**Whats needed- Preferred Qualifications**
+ **Prior sales support experience, preferably within a distributed environment**
+ **Detail-oriented, with strong written/verbal communication skills**
+ **Ability to self-direct and drive your own initiative**
+ **Solid organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task, manage and prioritize multiple high-level tasks/small projects simultaneously**
+ **Ability to work cross-functionally**
+ **Knowledge in Salesforce.com**
