Premium Plumbing in Tampa, FL is looking to hire a full-time Plumbing Service Manager / Estimator to supervise our techs and estimate jobs. This estimator position earns a competitive salary , based on experience, starting at $50,000 per year plus monthly sales bonuses . ABOUT PREMIUM PLUMBING
Our company was founded in 2015 by Master Plumber, Brad Pinkert, with over 19 years of experience. Upon opening, the company's focus was mainly commercial plumbing. Since then, we have expanded into residential service plumbing which includes installations, repairs, water heater services, "go green" options, whole-house repipes, residential service calls, water treatment options, remodels, new construction, and more. We believe in building strong relationships with both our commercial and residential clients so that they can trust us with all of their plumbing needs.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PLUMBING SERVICE MANAGER / ESTIMATOR
As a Plumbing Service Manager / Estimator, you occupy a leadership role in our business. Using your experience in the industry, you estimate jobs and provide quotes for our customers. During the project, you oversee the day-to-day work of our plumbers, ensuring they complete jobs efficiently and accurately. You're a resource to our techs, answering their questions over the phone and managing schedules and personnel issues. You also provide feedback and guidance to help our team of plumbers improve.
As a leader in our company, you help drive business growth. You identify staffing needs and work with management to expand our team. With your goal-oriented mindset, you also work to increase sales in your division. You're always looking for ways to improve and expand our company and build relationships with customers. Your efforts ensure they keep coming back and referring new business. You find satisfaction in leading a high-performing team of plumbers and delivering excellent results to our customers!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PLUMBING SERVICE MANAGER / ESTIMATOR
• Experience in the industry
• Management experience

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A PLUMBING SERVICE MANAGER / ESTIMATOR
This full-time position works out of our office Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM .
