Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A., Florida's largest law firm, continues to expand and is seeking experienced paralegals to join our Tampa Office.
Only candidates with the required experience, certification & education will be considered.
Candidates must possess one of the following: (1) Designation as a Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP); (2) Certification as a NALA Certified Paralegal (CP); or, (3) Two-year degree in Paralegal Studies from a U.S. accredited school.
This position requires a driven and organized individual that can excel in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail. Ideal candidates will be proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, iManage/ATO, and capturing billable time. Knowledge of litigation procedures, with the preparation of discovery responses and objections; summarization of medical/other records; preparation of large document production as well as calendaring deadlines and other paralegal tasks is preferred.
You must be familiar with capturing, entering and billing your time in accordance with client guidelines and comply with the firm’s monthly minimum billing requirement.
