Overview
We are looking for a AVP Recruitment to join our team. This position is responsible for efficiently managing all aspects of the Recruitment Department. Provides guidance and leadership pertaining to Talent Acquisition and staffing needs. The role will drive full cycle recruiting processes and lead the development and implementation of strategic talent acquisition tactics.
About You
This position is for a person who likes to direct day-to-day operations of the recruitment operation, including daily management of teams, employee development, and fiscal accountability.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies
• Strong technical knowledge of recruitment systems
• Experience in applicant tracking systems such as ICIMS
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint changing to match the text listed on the Legal Description
• Good leadership skills; able to direct others
• Proven ability to provide both operational and strategic leadership
• Program and project management experience
• Able to build working relationships
• Shares information with team to improve overall team performance
• Bachelor's degree in relatable field
