JOB SUMMARY:
Software Engineer’s are responsible for developing a technical foundation, leadership skills, project management experience, and cross-functional process knowledge. This role will be responsible for the development, auditing, and documentation of key processes and workflows.  The Software Engineer will work on projects that have a measurable impact on our business, and receive mentorship from TRU Simulation Training Engineering Leadership
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, develop, integrate, test, and document flight simulator software

Work closely with engineers of varying disciplines to meet project requirements

Participate in engineering design reviews

Perform hardware/software integration & testing on flight simulator training devices

Provide engineering staff with recommendations for software/hardware enhancements

Research and analyze data, such as customer design proposal, specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree required in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering or related field.

Must be able to fulfill the entire length of the Summer Internship Program
