You will get to know the inner workings of the business by recruiting for each department, while also helping the team further define hiring processes and best practices specific to RQ.The everyday hustle:Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization. Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the hiring goals across all levels within multiple business units.Create and implement Employment Marketing Strategies to attract passive job seekers.Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.Work closely with hiring leaders to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process.Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict hiring activity.Develop and implement search strategy that includes vendor selection process and performance metrics for all searches.Follow up regularly with the respective hiring leaders and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects.Train and mentor new team members to assist in making them successful.Travel for recruiting events, as needed.Do you have what it takes?Bachelor's Degree required.1-3 years of Staffing/Recruitment experience required.Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle processes.Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources.Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and team-based project experience.Embrace and exemplify our core values.What makes you uncommon?High-growth tech company experienceInformation Technology recruiting experienceB2B Account Executive recruiting experience
