The VP / EO&T Policy Coordinator is a strategic professional who closely follows latest trends in own field and adapts them for application within own job and the business. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical strategy.Responsibilities:Maintain Technology and Enterprise Operations policy documents in compliance with enterprise objectives and Corporate Policy Group requirementsManage adherence to, implementation of, and communication of policy document provisions within IT Process Areas and Enterprise Operations Functional AreasConduct pre-vetting of new/revised Citi-wide Policy Documents, working with Policy Owners and relevant EO&T stake holders to assess impact to EO&TManage implementation and communication of EO&T policy documentsWork with relevant Risk Category SMEs to facilitate appropriate risk category alignments of EO&T policy documents, as well as documents aligned to EO&T-led risk categories that are owned/managed outside of EO&TOversee dedicated policy document writers to compose Policy Documents that are fit for purpose, and align to the Policy Framework future stateProvide guidance to EO&T Policy Owners regarding the development, publication, and governance of their documents, as well as drive compliance with key Corporate Policy Group governance requirements, including completion of annual policy document reviewsPartner with coordinators for the Citi Policy Committee and CIO Council to determine engagement and management of required EO&T policy document reviews and approvalsMaintain OTBRC policy documentation, including EO&T Policy Management Procedure, ITPC Charter, IT Policy and Standard Exception Management Standard, IT Policy Management Framework, etc.Manage the publication and maintenance of all EO&T Policies Documents on the Citi Policy DirectoryQualifications:6-10 years of experience in financial services, including working with broad accountability in a complex environmentAbility to both coordinate EO&T’s own Policy Document library, and orchestrate socialization, vetting and adoption of other Citi Policy Documents within EO&T to drive awareness and adherence to Citi-wide requirementsFluency in the Policy language construct; ability to craft clear, concise, obligatory Policy verbiageProficiency in facilitating cooperation among stake-holders and engaging SMEs to drive objectives collaborativelyAble to interface with various levels of management in Global/Region/Business and across functionsStrong analytical thinking, and well-developed decision-making capabilities, including when to escalate concernsAbility to think and make decisions in high risk scenarios, appropriately assessing a situation based on available data, experience, intuition, and judgmentComfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with dynamic deliverables and aggressive timelinesEffective negotiation skills, a proactive and 'no surprises' approach in communicating Risk issuesGood project management skills, with ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple tasksHighly proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPointBachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferredEducation:Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred-------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Risk Management-------------------------------------------------Job Family:Risk Policy------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.Citigroup Inc. and its subsidiaries ("Citi”) invite all qualified interested applicants to apply for career opportunities.
