We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator with Administration and/or Customer Service experience. In this role you will be responsible for creating and updating work orders and customer service support for our Service Department as well as our Customers. Customer Service Administrators are responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive first impression of MaintenX.
This is a demanding and challenging position that requires you to have excellent verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, organizational and time management skills. It is a position where professionalism, flexibility, and great people skills are required to work with a diverse customer base.

***This position is for the shift that covers: Monday through Friday 12pm - 9 pm ***
Training schedule for this position will vary, flexibility during training is necessary.
Schedule will occasionally vary based on business needs.
Job Responsibilities:
Our Customer Service Administrators are responsible for:
• Creating work orders and processing other work order related correspondence into our in-house work order management system and/or on Customer Work Order Portals.
• Reaching out to customers via phone when needed to verify/qualify work order information.
• Keeping computer records of customer interactions, transactions, details of inquiries, comments and complaints and actions taken for customer resolution.
• Providing routine administrative support.
• Answering and screening telephone calls in a professional and timely manner; taking accurate messages with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidates for the role of Customer Service are highly motivated go above and beyond in providing a high level of customer service to our customers.
Additional requirements of the Customer Service Administrator include:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer & Microsoft Platform Knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday 12pm - 9 pm
• This schedule is non-negotiable as it is part of an existing shift/coverage.

Compensation Base: $15-$20 hourly based on experience
