Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is PepsiCo’s beverage manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in the United States and Canada.  This position will be part of the North America Beverage organization.

As shapers within the organization, HR Professionals lead by bringing together individuals from all areas into a culture that supports our values and goals as a company.  Functional expertise involves the development of business teams, administration of HR management systems and the identification of staffing needs. Execution of processes and the handling of daily HR-based transactions provide direct and technical support to the business.  Business partnership allows HR professionals to actively participate in the business and learn our ongoing challenges. This allows our HR team to match the right solutions, ideas, skills, people, and processes to the specific needs of their business units.

In this role, you will be called upon to: • Support and guide the leadership team and employees regarding Company policies, HR programs (benefits, pay and salary) administration and interpretation to ensure policies and procedures are handled consistently and in a timely manner
• Accurately diagnose organization issues, develop solutions, and implement action plans
• Ensure activities are in compliance with all state and federal employment laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO and FLSA)
• Take a lead role in employee relations – gather data, conduct investigations, report findings
• Assist leadership in managing performance and developing succession plans
• Understand the business operations from both a strategic and tactical perspective
• Be a confident communicator, (including both written and verbal skills) and effectively present to all levels of the organization, including the senior leadership team
• Manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
• Coordinate open enrollments, changes, and training for employee compensation and benefits programs.
• Partner with other internal/external stakeholders to provide and develop the human resource capabilities necessary to achieve business success and align with the business direction
• Liaison with talent acquisition and support respective functional managers on talent acquisition, recruitment, interview, and selection
• Support HR Manager to develop and implement attraction, retention, and engagement programs across the market
• Leads culture in assessment process and provides direction for planning and developing action plans
• Develop and institute HR best practices of the department’s policy, procedures, and processes
• Lead routine HR projects including communications, conducting meetings, tracking results, reporting
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: • Expected salary range is $62K - $70K
• Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.

Qualifications
What we’re looking for: • Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, business administration or related field
• Internship experience in consumer products or manufacturing environment is highly desirable
• Proven leadership abilities
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Ability to tolerate ambiguity, handles multiple priorities, and identifies creative solutions to problems.
• Willing and able to work flexible hours as necessary
• Highly detail oriented; checks own work, keeps accurate records, organizes information effectively
Minimum Qualifications - Each candidate is expected to: • Be completing their final year of undergraduate studies
• Hold a bachelor’s degree prior to the intended full time start date
• Preferred 1 -2 years of HR experience
• Be eligible to work in United States without work authorization sponsorship now or anytime in the future
