Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Senior Physician Recruiter to source, identify, and hire physicians and other mid-level providers through the development of impactful and lasting professional relationships.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition Manager and Chief Medical Officer to identify top physicians and mid-level providers in the industry to recruit and hire.
• Provides full-cycle recruitment focused on physician and mid-level provider roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to find and initiate contact through conferences, events, and direct sourcing opportunities.
• Build and maintain impactful relationships, while continuing to build brand recognition.
• Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.
• Build pipelines for future hiring needs and keep them warm.
• Demonstrate and promote a work culture committed to UVVC’s Core Values: understanding, nurturing, ingenuity, trust, excellence, and diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Demonstrate behaviors that are consistent with UVVC’s Standards of Conduct as outlined in our Employee Handbook.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree preferred.
• 7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience focusing on physicians.
• Demonstrated innovative and creative ideas on how to source and build physician pipelines.
• Must have a proven track record of successful physician recruitment in high growth organizations.
• Ability to deal with all personality types in a calm and professional manner.
• Must be outgoing, personable and professional; willing to initiate cold leads.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal); able to interact with all levels of organization.
• Highly proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook.
• Experience working with an ATS and CRM, preferably iCIMS.
• Existing relationships with Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists, or Physicians with venous experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Dependable; able to meet reliable attendance and punctuality standards.
