Title: Sr. Compliance Analyst
Location: Tampa FL 33610
Duration: 6 Months
Pay: 40-43/hr.
Performs an independent assessment of the design and effectiveness of controls executed in the LOBs / Corporate Functions through Testing activities, Monitoring activities, issue closure validations to validate compliance with internal policies and standards, as well as external laws, rules and regulations.
Collaborates with the Compliance and Operational Risk Officers on engagements including developing test scripts, collaboration on issue discussions, business meetings and drafting of final reports.
Ensures quality and timeliness of testing and monitoring execution.
Minimum 2 years of related business, compliance or legal functions or other equivalent regulatory background
Must be highly organized; highly detail-oriented person who is comfortable working both independently and within a team environment
Must be self-motivated, driven, proactive, personable and have excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workflow with minimal supervision
Advanced knowledge in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel required.
