Senior Consultant, Strategic Initiatives and Program Management - GPS Client & Market GrowthThis role will be responsible for working with the Government & Public Services (GPS) Client & Market Growth (CMG) leadership to design and drive the execution of strategic initiatives while coordinating with Consulting and National CMG for firm-wide initiatives. It offers a unique opportunity to grow strategic planning and advisory skills and understand design and execution of firm strategies. It is a high visibility opportunity that allows to interface with GPS leaders across CMG, sectors, and Offering Portfolios.This role is ideal for a versatile top-performing, seasoned Senior Consultant who would like to gain experience working with the GPS CMG organization, build a broader internal network, and develop significant understanding of the firm's programs and priorities. This role could be a permanent role or an 18-24-month secondment.Market Business Relationship (MBR) Management and Monitoring· Maintain list of GPS priority MBRs and ensure they are identified in key firm systems (e.g., DESC).· Develop and maintain repository of leadership and stakeholder presentation materials.· Develop/support/drive feedback loop on recent conflict cases with GPS MBRs - make sure key stakeholders are aware of conflict resolution and go-forward guidance.· Tailor and publish GPS MBR conflict update for GPS leaders (DE, CLT, etc.), leveraging national CMG's existing materials and templates.Strategic Initiatives:· Support strategic initiatives as identified during the year to deliver on client leadership priorities and program objectives.· Support development and execution of change management plans and communication toolkits, as required.· Ensure timely communication and flow of information among leadership and key stakeholders for projects/initiatives.· Provide ongoing support on key strategic projects and ad hoc requests.Content development for leader presentations, communication, and newsletters· Develop storyboard, data analysis, and visually appealing content for presentations and reports for CMG and GPS leader meetings.· Contribute to the development of internal communications deliverables (including emails, presentations, speaking notes, etc.) to relay key CMG messages or asks for participation/execution on activities.· Support reporting requirements (including dashboards) to demonstrate progress against program objectives.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of related experience with Deloitte· Strong project management/delivery and "upward management" skills for working with senior leaders· Ability to multi-task, work autonomously, and deliver on portions of multiple projects in a fast-paced, intense, results-oriented environment· Outstanding analytical skills: ability to synthesize data and integrate into meaningful reports and analysis with sensitivity to varying stakeholder expectations and needs· Capable of building effective working relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple business areas, functions, and geographies· High degree of endurance, responsiveness, and flexibility to work through multiple iterations of work and quickly adapt to constantly varying priorities and subject matter· Ability to think both strategically and tactically with a strong eye for detailStrong executive communication skillsExcellent judgement and ability to identify and manage risksStrong collaboration skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders to achieve organizational outcomesProficient Microsoft Office skills - advanced PowerPoint is strongly preferredMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.#LI-LF1
