Manage information technology and computer systems, ensure users IT issues are resolved within the agreed SLA,
• Excellent knowledge & Hardware platform:  Apple MAC Laptop/ Tablet/ Handheld device L2/L3 support & OS:MAC OS, IOS
• Excellent knowledge of Apple JMAF & other Apple compliances
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and of computer hardware/software systems
• Expertise in data center management and data governance
• Excellent knowledge of technical IT security compliances ( ISO, PCI, SOC-1/2 & others)
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation
• IT Assets management and compliance for that location
• Hardware platform: Laptop/ Tablet/ Handheld device L2/L3 support.
• OS: Windows 10 OS, MAC OS, IOS , Android
• Install, Configure & troubleshoot the deskside tools like Office (o365, MS teams, One drive, Outlook), conferencing tools like WebEx, go to a meeting, etc.
• Email Client:  Outlook installs, configures, and troubleshoots.
• Location compliance to be maintained ( Antivirus, patching, Disk encryption )
• Account-specific compliance to be adhered to and sustained.
• Location VIP support to be taken care of:
• Support VIP in establishing the conference calls( telecon/ video/ Dx80/ Spark ) and troubleshoot the connectivity issues.
• Perform Daily, and weekly Preventive maintenance on a proactive basis to ensure the health of the IT assets owned by the VIP
• Coordinate with Domain team/ Vendor / OEMs to resolve the issues
• Good Communication skills
• ITIL Certified ( Foundation )
• Interacts with multiple clients to create technology specifications from the business issues/requirements at an application level
• Represents the organization in customer-facing communication
• Able to talk with different audiences, appropriately adjust technical content to meet different audience knowledge and interest and can juggle meetings with multiple audience levels.
