Marketing InternJOB SUMMARYThis position provides information to management through data analysis; ad hoc data requests and problem solving; researching and analyzing sales data; and preparing weekly reporting. The timeframe will be from September 2022 through December 31st 2022 with option to extend. Standard work week would be 16 to 24 hours.  COMPENSATION $16 / hour ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS·        Assist with implementing new pricing and promotional activity by: communicating to operations, ordering signage, and performing pre and post promotion analysisProvides management with planning information by delivering analysis and supplying information on results against targets and promotionsWork with multiple vendors and trade partners handling confidential data and informationAnalyzes and tracks period financial reports versus budget and prior year performance and research variances to budgetPerforms a variety of analysis in response to management inquires or to facilitate decision making; researches and prepares ad hoc reports as directed Assists with special projects and duties as needed QUALIFICATIONSPursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Management with experience preferably in financial analysis, strategic planning, and forecastingMust have advanced knowledge in Excel, working knowledge in power point and wordMust have strong analytical, quantitative abilities, and strong attention to detail Experience working with large and complex datasets, experience in Power BI preferredMust have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of managementComfortable working independently and in cross-functional teamsMust be willing to adapt to a dynamic business environment, balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlinesRetail Experience Preferred  Circle K is an Equal Opportunity Employer.The Company complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (the ADA) and all state and local disability laws.  Applicants with disabilities may be entitled to a reasonable accommodation under the terms of the ADA and certain state or local laws as long as it does not impose an undue hardship on the Company.
