The Requirements Analyst must be excellent analytical thinkers and problem solvers, as well as effective communicators. They need a broad understanding of and experience working with translating requirements into operational solutions. Since Requirement Analysts work closely with colleagues in other departments, strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Project management experience and a strong technical and functional knowledge of the Government’s preferred Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions are a plus.
