Receptionist
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a receptionist for a company based in Tampa, FL. In this job, you will be responsible for assisting clients, taking orders, scheduling appointments, verifying documents, HOA approvals, data entry.
This position is temp to hire.
Pay Rate:
$16.00 per hour
Schedule and hours:
8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday
Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities
Answer phones and transfer phone calls
Take orders over the phone and input data into their system
Schedule work appointments and HOA approvals
Verify documents and other office duties
Receptionist Requirements and Qualifications
Receptionist and/or office experience
Background required
Customer service experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office
