Job duties:
• Develop strong relationships and partner with Corporate Recruiting Team to understand job profiles, responsibilities, skills and narrow down talent requirements
• Generate interest in our open positions through innovative sourcing strategies
• Hunt, source, and qualify passive job seekers through Job Boards and networking
• Monitor, phone screen and qualify incoming job applications and perform additional research
• Work within ATS to document candidate notes and update candidate status, profile, details, etc.
• Perform administrative functions, such as scheduling interviews for local and regional offices
• Conduct in-office interviews and virtual interviews
• Check references, and evaluate applicant qualifications
• Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required
Nice to have:
• Sales recruiting is a strong preference
Requirements:
• Must have (2) years of recruiting: sourcing, scheduling, phone screens
• Must have direct recruiting/strong sourcing skills/cold calling
• Sales recruiting is a strong preference
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Background check required
