Job Description
The Sales Productivity Analyst position is responsible for improving and implementing sales processes to best serve all clients in the LAC Region. Analyses, determines, coordinates, and implements efficient sales improvement processes and standards. This position handles details of a confidential and critical nature. Support the Sales Engine Team with reporting, sales analysis, and compliance. When needed, works closely with small institutions answering inquiries and solving problems.
Essential Functions
• Review existing process to improve turnaround time and automate, if applicable, to ensure a better service to clients.
• Provide Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) expertise in LAC Sales activities. Guide, motivate, and work with cross-functional teams to obtain desired results through skillful application of BPR and CPI methodologies.
• Present, facilitate and lead assigned Sales process improvements activities using data gathering and analysis, problem solving, and project management skillsets.
• Provides activity follow-up to monitor the progress of planned improvement implementation to assure timely action, support and achieved expected benefits.
• Collaborates with functional areas to develop and maintain performance metrics, measurements, methods and targets.
• Coordinates with multiple departments and functions to assure appropriate information flow and understanding of overall process improvement direction.
• Leverage best practices gained through process improvement activities to other activities which would benefit from implementation.
• Facilitate continuous process improvement activities to ensure standardization and consistent sales teams process across GLAC.
• Work with process owners to create and improve Visa’s metrics and goals.
• Develop strong conflict management skills in order to work effectively with a large range of teams to develop accountability, transparency, and rapid fact-based decision making.
• When needed, provide day- to-day business support to clients for all countries in the Greater Latin America and Caribbean geographies.
• Establish processes to ensure appropriate delivery times by internal units (marketing, risk, accounting, finance and compliance).
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
• 2 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications
• 3 or more years of work experience or More than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
• 1 year of experience, with a BS. In Industrial Engineering, and Process Improvement certification, e.g. Six Sigma
• Experience in financial institutions preferably with knowledge of business development, product management, marketing and event management
• Project management experience or data analytics experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills
• Process modeling skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Discretion combined with poise and professionalism in all communications.
• Must be able to exercise good judgment regarding information which may be confidential.
• Must have excellent communications skills both verbal and written in English and Spanish.
• The ability to operate effectively and efficiently in a challenging with minimum supervision, fast-paced environment.
• Customer service-focused with ability to work collaboratively with several teams simultaneously

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
