Our client, a nationally recognized nonprofit organization is looking for a motivated HR Generalist to join their team at their Tampa, Florida headquarters. Salary/Hourly Rate: $45,000 - $60,000 Position Overview: The HR Generalist will join a extensive Human Resource Department. The HR Generalist will be a crucial part of ensuring compliance for all policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will aim to the organizations mission is at the maintained. The chosen individual will have the opportunity to grow and expand their professional career within a growing department. Responsibilities of the HR Generalist:
• Work closely and maintain communication with Human Resources management
• Ensure reporting, and recruiting processes are in accordance and comply with local, state, and federal law
• Work with recruiting to help fill open roles/vaccines
• Work closely to ensure compliance regarding performance management and employee relations
• Ensure exit interviews are conducted and communicate findings to Director of HR
• Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications for the HR Generalist:
• 3 to 5 years Generalist experience
Education Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field is required
