We are recruiting an IT Lead, Product Analyst - Legal, supporting technology products in the Corporate Business Technology organization. The preferred location for this position is New Brunswick, NJ with consideration for remote arrangements within the U.S. given on a case-by-case basis as determined by the company!

Your key responsibilities:
• As Product Analyst you will work at the intersection of business and technology to help identify and shape robust technology solutions that support the J&J Law Department's Litigation area.
• By partnering closely with business and technical product owners, process stakeholders and customers you will build a deep understanding of business objectives and challenges that can be translated into prioritized product enhancements to support strategic goals and initiatives.
• You will use your functional expertise to gather and translate business requirements into user stories, maintain the product backlog, facilitate workshops and rapid prototype new solutions.
• Act as a liaison between the IT product team and the business community, to influence and drive decision making and foster strong business relationships and interactions.
Qualifications

Must haves: to be considered for this role, please ensure the minimum requirements are evident on your resume.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science or a related technical field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experience and at least 3 years of experience or demonstrated ability working as a Product Analyst across multiple projects and business information systems required.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken) required.
• Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies (SDLC) required.
• Experience with developing user requirements/user stories for development of software required.
• Experience working in projects utilizing Agile methodology preferred.
• Experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques preferred.
• Experience with UX/UI, User-Centered Design, Prototyping is preferred.
• Experience with SDLC methodology and validation in support of GxP or SOX applications is preferred.
• Experience with Business Process and Customer Journey Mapping is preferred.
