Bilingual Customer Service Representatives
Automation Personnel Services is looking for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for a company based in Tampa, FL. In this job, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, and collaborating with doctors offices, patients, drivers, and translators.
This is a Direct Hire position with the opportunity to grow.
Pay Rate:
$15.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours:
Monday Friday from 12:30 pm 9:30 pm
3 weeks of training is from 9:00 am 5:00 pm.
Bilingual Customer Service Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete intake and input of customer orders placed by case managers, adjusters, and injured workers
Coordinate transportation and translation services for worker s compensation patients
Book doctor or physician appointments
Expedite and rush processes
Follow up queue worker s compensation claims.
Bilingual Customer Service Requirements and Qualifications:
Proficient with ACD telephone lines
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) & Internet
Well organized, multi-tasked, and attentive to details
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred
