A leading homebuilder is seeking a Vice President of Purchasing & Vendors! Seeking a highly competent individual to join the leadership team, make significant contributions and drive their own success. This is a great opportunity with a construction firm focused on single family and townhome projects.
Qualifications
• 10+ years' experience in homebuilding, purchasing, managing national contracts and/or vendor programs
• Operations, Purchasing, and Vendor Management experience
• Exceptional analytical skills, communication, and leadership skills
• Creative, proactive, and highly driven
• Strong desire to be successful and surrounded by like-minded individuals with a passion for high quality work and career advancement
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement Vendor relations
• Purchasing department management
• Grow vendor network
• Business Development
