Responsibilities
• The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Adminstrator role is primarily responsible for setting up, managing and optimizing Salesforce marketing cloud environment. You will partner with Salesforce and marketing team to design solution that ensures maximum utilization of marketing cloud platform and achieves marketing and business goals. You must possess deep understanding of email marketing, journey builder, trigger emails and ability to train or mentor campaign development team members.
• Configure, manage and support Marketing Cloud environment including but not limited to data extensions, users, user roles and integrations.
• Help prepare dataset for email marketing and maintain synchronized data from Salesforce CRM to Marketing Cloud and from other technology platforms
• Translate business solutions in scalable solutions leveraging best practices of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Keep up to date with Marketing Cloud releases, proactively research and make recommendations to optimize marketing activities through new feature
• Provide technical guidance for building sophisticated email campaigns and customer journey
• Develop test and measurement strategy with marketing team to track success of marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with business analyst and marketing team to analyze new development requests, including platform connections and marketing automations.
Qualifications
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Overall email marketing and campaign automation experience.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification Preferred.
• Experience with SFMC Journey Builder, Email Studio, Content Builder,
• Experience with APM script, APIs and SQL queries.
• Experience with HTML and CSS.
• Strong interpersonal skills
