Trillium Staffing is now seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for work in Tampa, FL!
Pay rate is $20.00 - $23.00 per hour. Schedule is working 8am to 5pm Monday thru Friday.  This position will be responsible for duties related to the administration of accounts payable tasks over multiple locations.  To ensure high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety, the Accounts Payable Clerk will support local branches in matching purchase orders with invoices, contacting the branch for direction in pricing differences, disputes, and daily review of the invoice queue.
Essential Functions:
•   Identify the essential functions or accountabilities of the job in order or importance.
•   Process invoices daily across multiple branches.
•   Ensure proper invoice coding and reconcile discrepancies
•   Communicate any price differences to branch contact, correct the pricing on the purchase order and process
•   Verify duplicate invoices
•   Discuss any disputed invoices with branch contact

Qualifications
•   High school diploma or equivalent considered with 3+ years relevant experience
•   Proven customer support or customer service experience with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment and collaborate with team to support customer success
•   Strong phone contact handling skills, active listening, excellent oral/written communication, negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
•   Proficient with MS Office/Excel/Word/Outlook, OnBase, SAP JDE and Imaging; familiarity with CRM system; Salesforce.com experience is a plus
•   Strong computer skills and applications of various programs
