As a talent sourcer, you will work in partnership with talent acquisition partners to develop, implement, and deliver creative, comprehensive, and strategic sourcing strategies to identify high-quality, diverse candidates for key positions across the organization. You will apply well-developed sourcing skills to find passive candidates and talent pools using a wide range of traditional and non-traditional techniques, including competitive intelligence and research, social media, internet mining, and industry events, market analysis, and knowledge and networking with local partners in the territory you support. Acting as a subject matter expert in the field of Talent Acquisition, you will find the best talent that will support the growth and success of the business.Major Functions/Responsibilities• Define, design and help implement the sourcing strategy for building talent pools of specific candidate profiles• Ensure the development and optimization of broad range sourcing channels that will improve the quantity and quality of Bright Horizons’ talent pools• Utilize Talent Pools to match candidate profiles to relevant roles, and may represent candidate needs to talent acquisition partners and hiring teams• Maintain a strong understanding of the external talent landscape through market research and competitive intelligence gathering; educates recruiters and business leaders accordingly to achieve optimal results• Ensure effective candidate relationship management strategies are developed and utilized to build strong relationships with the passive candidate community• Develop and drive strategies to build deep and diverse talent pipelines including managing the applicant experience• Assist recruiters to clearly execute on the employee value proposition and incorporate this into the sourcing strategy framework• Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the strategic sourcing framework against predefined outcomes• Present creative solutions to enhance results• Engage in timely and appropriate communications with all internal stakeholders and candidates• Ensure all searches and engagement strategies comply with Bright Horizons policies and procedures and with employment laws and regulations Decision Making AuthorityAbility to function independently, often without direct supervision. Most decisions will be made under the advisement of the Director of TA. Possess ability to identify top candidates and demonstrate good judgment.Education/Experience/Skills• Associate degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred• Talent sourcing experience in a high volume dispersed model or search firm environment – minimum of 3 years• Technology Experience with applicant tracking systems, CRMs, and relevant social platforms – minimum of 3 years• 2+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include: market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches• Experience leveraging a variety of sourcing avenues, including social recruiting channels and technologies, events and campaigns• Experience acting as a talent sourcing advisor through leveraging data, consulting and influencing skills, and application of business knowledge• Ability to present creative solutions and deliver against results• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to communicate the culture and philosophy of Bright Horizons to internal and external customersThis is a remote position but candidates must reside in FloridaDisclaimerThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature of work performed, not an exhaustive list of all essential functions and responsibilities.HAVING TECHNICAL ISSUES WITH YOUR APPLICATION?Contact us at bhrecruit@brighthorizons.com or 855-877-6866Bright Horizons is dedicated to creating a workforce that promotes and supports diversity and inclusion.
