This role is part of the RRP Governance team which is responsible for the on-time comprehensive submission of Citi's Recovery and Resolution PlansThe Capital Planning organization is responsible for the planning, forecasting, and optimization of capital along the stress continuum, with the overarching objective of improving Return on Capital measures for Citi.  The team's activities are focused on all scenarios across the stress continuum, ranging from business as usual to stress environments, including CCAR, Recovery and Resolution.  Our capabilities include accurately forecasting capital capacity and ratios and related measures, such as Risk-Weighted Assets; coordinating associated regulatory submissions; driving the optimization of capital in partnership with colleagues across Citi; and improving the systems and processes used to perform these activities.This role will be part of the Capital Governance team which has been established to ensure all activities of the Capital Planning team adhere to established governance procedures, deliverables are progressing in line with established due dates, and control processes are continually enhanced.  The position will report to the Head of RRP Governance who is responsible for overseeing production of the Recovery and Resolution plans, producing metrics during plan development to support transparent communication with Sr. Management and final quality assurance checks of the plans prior to submission. The role requires strong project leadership and management experience, communication and presentation skills.
