The TeamThe Global Functions Technology (GFT) Engineering and Architecture Practice (EAP) is a newly created organization which focuses on ensuring architectural cohesion and delivering common, cross-functional capabilities for our Line of Business Technology organizations (Finance, Risk, Compliance and Human Resources). The GFT EAP reports jointly into the Head of Global Functions Technology and the CTO for Enterprise Operations & Technology.Within GFT EAP, there is the Developer Services team.  This team is responsible for empowering and enabling developers with the best tools and processes to make their lives better as Software Engineers.  The roles in that team are equal parts strategist, execution driver and change agent.  This position requires a candidate with exceptional technical and communication abilities.The RoleThe Senior Software Engineer Team Lead plays a meaningful role in crafting and maintaining the strategic partnership between business needs and technology delivery. The role is to own the efforts to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient systems and solutions in support of the core organizational functions.
