Your experience will determine the level you are consider for. In this role you will be responsible for the maintenance of tax records, monitoring for active tax service contracts, and conducting tax research on mortgaged properties in accordance with government guidelines, Service Level Agreements, and U.S. Bank policies/procedures. Ensures accurate and timely tax disbursements of real estate taxes on escrow and non-escrow accounts. Monitors the work of the outsourced tax vendor and aids in resolving other tax-related issues. Provides supporting documentation to the vendor to assist in their research.Basic Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent- One to two years of related experience with a customer service backgroundPreferred Skills/Experience- Basic understanding of the business and general office skills- Well-developed reading, writing and mathematical skills- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously- Ability to collect and organize information- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications- Effective verbal and written communication skillsIf there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
