Business Central Functional Consultant - Florida - $90k - Remote
A Top 50 Public Accounting Firm with a growing technology practice is seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to play a key role on new customer implementations.
This role calls for a customer service oriented individual with a strong knowledge of the core Business Central modules (finance, distribution, sales & marketing, etc.) who is looking to join a team for the long-term.
You DO NOT NEED PREVIOUS PARTNER EXPERIENCE and so this is an excellent opportunity for any end user Business Analysts or ERP Managers looking to move into a consulting type role.
Responsibilities:
* Become a part of the functional consulting team for on new and ongoing Business Central implementations
* Work with the customer on gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and identifying opportunity areas for improvement
* Coordinate with a technical team on designing a system that maximizes output
* Support and train users on new functionalities
* Provide optimal customer service for troubleshooting any system issues
* Help integrate BC with other add-ons and extension products
Required Skills:
* Experience with D365 Business Central
* D365 Business Central Implementation experience preferred
* Microsoft Partner channel experience is a plus, but not required
* Knowledge of the accounting, inventory management, and distribution processes
* Ability to support users, document business processes, and manage projects that improve the software
* Excellent communication skills
* Energetic, ambitious people who are passionate about customer service
