Job Title: Microsoft Consultant - Identity & Security
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Location: Remote - Up to 30% Travel
Salary: Up to $130K Base Bonus
Summary
The Microsoft Consultant - Identity & Security role is responsible for providing outstanding technical delivery and consulting to the company's customers within the Identity & Security pillar. The Microsoft technologies within Identity & Security arena with a particular focus on Endpoint Management (SCCM, Intune).
Essential Job Functions:
• Plan, prepare, implement, and test solutions scoped in the projects Scope of Work according to best practices and on schedule.
• Validate pre-sales design during design assurance
• Participate in planning of technical execution
• Execute design and implementation according to company and industry best practices
• Maintain accurate documentation and produce project deliverables as scoped
• Perform work according to schedule and within budget
• Collaborate as a team with peers on delivery, problem solving, and knowledge sharing
• Work on projects both independently and as a team lead or team member
• Stay abreast of latest network and cloud technologies with and around technical specializations
Candidate Requirements:
• 4 years related experience in either consulting services delivery or equivalent
• Expertise with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot and hybrid SCCM solutions
• Experience with the Azure AD, Conditional Access, and the lead Microsoft Defender Suite
• Current Microsoft certification(s) in primary technical competency

• Voice & Collaboration (Teams, Skype for Business, Telephony, Meetings and Room Systems, Yammer)
• *Identity & Security (Azure AD, Intune, MEM, MDM, Compliance, Defender products, PKI)
• Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, IoT, Networking Back-up / Site Recovery, Analytics)
• Office 365 & Infrastructure (Exchange, OneDrive, Virtualization, Automation, Windows Servers)
• SharePoint & Development (SharePoint, Power Platform, Databases, Business Intelligence, Software)
Personal Competencies:
• Proven track record of solutions delivery and client satisfaction
• Problem-solving mentality and commitment to continuous learning
• Willingness and ability to leverage internal and/or external resources
• Excellent verbal and written communication
Nice to Have:
• Bachelors in related field
• Experience working in a Microsoft Partner services delivery organization
• Microsoft 365 Certified Security Administrator Associate Certification
