Position Overview
Responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining technical solutions and integrations
that meet company requirements across the company's Microsoft D365 Platform.
Primary Responsibilities
* Software design and development of customizations to our Dynamics 365 ERP system
* Provide quality assurance for code deployment for Dynamics 365
* Fix and make enhancements to Dynamics 365
* Provide functional assistance to business users of Dynamics 365
* Convert functional requirements into technical designs, and development tasks and execute them to
implementation
* Participate on IT project teams and be involved in the discovery, design, implementation, training
and post-support phases of IT software development projects, as they relate to D365 development
* Partner with the system administration team to troubleshoot and resolve network-related and
technical issues to identify modifications needed in existing applications and provide optimal
solutions to meet changing user requirements
* Collaborate with IT team members to expand D365 knowledge, improve consistency and
methodologies that enable a high-quality delivery process
* Provide on-call support as needed
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or MIS, or the equivalent in experience and certification
* Solid background in object-oriented programming
with X++ for Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 and programming C#.
* Programming for C# and web (REST) APIs helpful
* Experience with report development using SQL Server Reporting Services
* Familiarity with Visual Studio for software development
* Proficiency with TSQL and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
* Understanding of the core functionality of Microsoft Dynamics products and the tools for
application customization
* Functional knowledge of Azure DevOps change control process desired
* Knowledge of Information Technology best practices, standards, and terminology Employment Type: Perm
